Do I have to be home to have my service provided?No, as long as your pets are inside if your not home, or someone is there to let them in if they are outside. We have to ensure our staff a safe environment to work in. Back to Top
Does PET PICKUP provide service year round?Yes, we are a continuing service. We will continue to service your property unless you instruct us otherwise. Back to Top
Can I have service more than once a week?Yes, we provide semi-weekly service(2 x week) year round for both dogs and wildlife. Back to Top
How is the waste disposed of?The waste is turned over to a waste management company to assure proper disposal.

Doesn't my dogs waste make good fertilizer?Your pet(s) waste does not make good fertilizer due to the composition of the food that they consume compared to that of cows and horses. Do not nurture your garden, especially your fruit and/or vegetable garden, with hazardous waste. Back to Top
How can I pay for the service?You can pay by check or credit/debit card, whatever is more convenient for you. You can also make payment here on this website. Just click on Customer Service, and then click on Make Payment. Back to Top
When do I pay for the service?You will receive a service statement or your credit/debit card will be charged on the week of the thirtieth of every month for services already rendered. Back to Top
Does PET PICKUP deliver a quality service?Yes, we think so, WE STILL HAVE OUR FIRST CUSTOMERS! We’ve been known to under promise and then over deliver. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with a service visit, then call us. We will then issue a service call. We will return to your location within 24 hours to rectify your concerns. Back to Top
