Services & Fees

Service fees are based on the size of the area/yard, the number of dogs, and the frequency of visits.

HOW TO DETERMINE YARD SIZE:

(1 acre = 43,560 ft2)
  • Small:
    Dog Run, maximum 20' x 20' area, or leash/cable maximum 30 feet long
  • Medium:
    Typical subdivision sized lot @ 60' x 120'.
  • Large:
    Approximately 1/4 acre, but considerably less than 1/2 acre.
  • X-Large:
    Approximately 1/2 acre, but considerably less than 3/4 acre.
  • XX-Large:
    Approximately 3/4 acre to 1 acre. Estimate required if larger.

All yards/areas will be subject to an onsite estimation/assessment which may result in a change of service fees.

Cleanup Services & Policies:
- Payment for the spring cleanup must be rendered by debit/credit card upon completion of cleanup.
- Spring cleanups are performed within 72 hours of request.
- If your yard is a worst case scenario, you will be requoted in advance, before any services are performed (this rarely occurs).

Regular Service Policies:
1. If no cleanup is needed, then "regular service" will require first month's payment up front by debit or credit card. Thereafter we will bill you at the end of the month for services already rendered, payment can be made by check.
2. A scheduled visit on a specific day (weather permitting).
3. The use of the "Shovel and Rake Method." This method de-thatches your lawn underneath your dogs waste piles to help keep your lawn healthy and clean for you, your family, your pet(s), and your home's appearance.
4. The hauling away of your dogs waste with us at no additional fee.
5. The disinfecting of our tools and footwear to prevent the transmission of diseases to the next customers yard as it was done for yours.
6. Regular services will begin within 3-10 business days upon request depending upon frequency of service desired.
